Hampton Roads LIVE provided a behind the scenes look at The Million Dollar Rockfish Challenge

Hampton Roads, Va (December 2, 2010) - Hampton Roads LIVE provided a behind the scenes look at The Million Dollar Rockfish Challenge.

The Million Dollar Rockfish Challenge will be held December 26th thru 30th in Virginia Beach, Va at the Marina Shores Marina. Tournament participants have a chance to win $1,000,000 for breaking the current 78 pounds, 8oz. rockfish world record. The tournament will also include the Million Dollar Rockfish Cook-Off for amateur and professional chefs to compete with their best Rockfish recipe.

Hampton Roads LIVE provided a behind the scenes look at The Million Dollar Rockfish Challenge. We spoke to challenge founder Gale Higgs about the reason why she decided to start the tournament. We also were are to speak with challenge organizers to understand the work and planning it takes to put together such a large tournament and share in their excitement of the upcoming event.
