The power of the beach in Virginia Beach before the 4th of July is amazing. Even when rain is present a ray of light that managed to peak through the clouds is enough to keep the spirits high. From arriving at the beach on Sunday as early at 8:30am the people are out walking about in bathing suits as a normal summers day. Maybe it's something about the water or people coming together for a great holiday, either way the water combined with visitors to Hampton Roads is enough to make anyone walk in wet sand.
