What information should you NOT share with HR?
The human resources department at your job can assist you with management issues, job promotions, employees and more but some things about your personal information should not be shared with HR. You should communicate to HR you want your information kept confidential from your direct manager if necessary. The top four things suggested you should never tell HR are: 1) Things you wouldn't share with your immediate supervisor, 2) Your medical or financial issues, 3) Your social networking profiles (if their not professional) and 4) How great your parental leave was.
