
1) Wake up earlier - Get Some Early Exercise
Morning exercise raises your heart rate and metabolism early to give you physical energy for hours throughout your day.
2) Have Breakfast
Eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism especially since its been around ten hours overnight since the last time you've eaten.
3) Skip the Morning Latte
Forget about having the large, full-fat latte in favor of a small, skim latte or even better still, try tea.
4) Ditch the Juice
Have an apple instead because a glass of apple juice has the calories of almost three apples.
5) Love Your Lunch
Don't eat at your desk, get up and go outside, go for a brisk walk.
6) Avoid the Afternoon Sugar Slump
Beat sugar and salt slumps by having solid food snacks at your desk, such as low-fat yogurt or fresh fruit.
7) Breathe Easier
If you're not a morning person you may find exercising in the afternoon works better for you. The main thing is to make sure you take the time to work out.
8) Stop Eating
It's better not to eat 2-3 hours before bed, give your body an 'automatic' brain signal that eating is over for the night. This might include brushing and flossing your teeth, washing the dishes, or putting away all the leftovers.
