Dr. Murray found guilty in death of Michael Jackson.
The verdict is in and Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the case against Michael Jackson. The trial against Murray lasted for six weeks and after 10 hours in the deliberation room the jury of 12 unanimously came to agreement that Murray was guilty. They felt he was responsible for Michael’s death after he gave him the dose of the sedative Propofol. It was said that Jackson complained of insomnia in the final months before his death and the doctor used the sedative as a sleeping agent for Jackson were as Propofol is only meant for surgical operations.
The judge denied bail for Murray and he will remain in custody until his sentencing on November 29th. He faces a revoked medical license, probation and possibly four years in prison. Read full article.
