Which banks have decided not to add debt card fees?

Several banks received a lot of protest for their debt card fees and some banks have had a change of heart. Recently there was a strong backlash as Bank of America planned to charge a $5 monthly debit card fee (according to recent articles it's said they now intend to make some adjustments to their plan).
Because of the protest that BOA has received other banks such as Chase and Wells Fargo are joining a line of banks that won't be charging customers to use their debit cards. Other banks such as Huntington National Bank, Ally Bank, USAA and TD Bank are coming forward to also take a public notice that they will not charge debit card fees.
